Remote tech support for seniors, without the wait for a visit

Some problems need a ladder and a drill. A lot of them need ten minutes and a second set of eyes. With your permission, we connect to the phone, iPad, or computer, see what you see, and sort it out while you watch.

Good candidates for remote help

  • An app that moved, vanished, or will not open
  • Email acting up or a password that stopped working
  • Printers that dropped off the wifi again
  • A settings change you would rather not attempt alone
  • A quick second opinion on a suspicious message before you click anything

How it works, and how we keep it safe

On an iPhone or iPad, it can be as simple as a FaceTime call where you share your screen and we talk you through it. On a computer, we use a professional remote support tool that asks for your approval before we can see anything, shows you everything we do while we do it, and disconnects completely when we hang up. There is no standing access to your machine. Every session starts fresh, with your yes.

That permission step matters more than most people realize, because scammers love to fake being tech support. Our rule is simple and worth writing down: we never call you out of the blue asking to connect to your computer. Sessions happen when you contact us. If anyone else calls claiming your computer has a problem, hang up and read our scam protection page.

Handy for out-of-town family too

Families often use remote sessions as the follow-up layer after we have done the in-home work. A streaming remote acts up on a Sunday, one short session fixes it, and nobody spends an hour on a frustrated phone call trying to describe a screen they cannot see.
