A family business for other people's families
Senior Tech Essentials is run by a family in Fountain Valley, and it exists because of the calls every family knows well. The printer again. The remote again. A popup that scared somebody half to death. We decided to be the people who actually show up for those calls.
What we believe the job is
Anyone can plug in a router. The real work is doing it tidily, explaining it patiently, and being reachable when a question comes up two weeks later. We treat every home the way we treat our own family's place: shoes at the door, work left cleaner than we found it, and nothing installed that we would not install for our own family.
We are not a franchise and we are not a call center. When you contact us, you get the same people every time, people who remember your house, your setup, and how you like things explained.
How we work
- Clear prices before work starts, and no invented problems to pad a bill
- Plain English only. If we cannot explain it simply, we have not finished the job
- Teaching included, repeated as many times as it takes, with notes left behind
- Honest advice, including "you do not need this" when you do not
Where we work
We are based in Fountain Valley and serve seniors and their families across Orange County: Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, Westminster, Garden Grove, Irvine, Newport Beach, Santa Ana, Seal Beach, and the surrounding cities. If you are unsure whether we reach you, ask. The answer is probably yes.
